The terms 'we', 'us', and 'ours' refer to MagicTrails.art owned by Megha Sachdev. We reserve the right to refuse our service to anyone for any reason at any time. By visiting our website and/or by purchasing our product, you are bound to agree to our terms and conditions. We recommend you read the TnC carefully before engaging in any of our services.

We reserve the right to change and/or update our website, product price and/or TnC at anytime without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check the TnC periodically for any changes. We are not liable to anyone for any modification or discontinuation of any of our services.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION BY CLIENT

While placing an order, you need to ensure that the information provided (contact no., email address, postal address, etc.) is all accurate. In case of any discrepancies, we will not be responsible for the displacement of the order. The customer will have to bear the additional charges for the missing product and/or delivery charges.

SHIPPING POLICY

We want to ensure you are informed about our shipping process. Please read the following information regarding our shipping policy:

Processing Time:

All our products are meticulously handcrafted, which requires a processing time of 4-5 days before they are shipped.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary by region. On average, you can expect your order to arrive between 12-15 days from the date of shipment.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs 500.

Shipping Methods:

We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package.

International Shipping:

At the moment, we only offer shipping within India. For international orders, additional customs fees and duties may apply. The recipient is responsible for these fees.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy Guidelines:

Original: Returns will be accepted if the artwork is damaged in transit. It should be brought to the notice of the courier service at the time of delivery and it should be reported to us within 48 hrs of delivery along with photographs of the damaged piece. The artwork needs to be sent back by a trackable courier service. We would bear the shipping charges in this case alone. The refund will be initiated within 48 hrs of receiving the product back.

Return of the original artwork will also be accepted if the customer is not 100% satisfied within seven days of delivery. The art piece is to be returned exactly as recieved along with the packaging. The client has to bear the return shipping charges. If any damage is found upon receiving the piece back, there will be no refund.

Prints: We do not accept returns for prints until unless damaged in transit. This again has to be brought to the notice of the courier service at the time of delivery and should be reported to us within 48 hrs of delivery along with photographs of the damaged piece. Full credit would be initiated within 48 hrs of receiving the piece back.

Refunds will be done via whichever payment method was used by the customer.

(Note: In case of damaged product, we would not be able to accept any returns if not reported within the given time period.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests will only be accepted if received before shipping is initiated. We recommend you to contact us as soon as possible for such requests via our email. Refund would be initiated within 24 hrs of receiving the request.We try our best to provide pictures that are as close to the original artwork as possible. There might be some colour variation when viewed on different monitors or screens. We also do not take any responsibility for any minor colour variations caused due to digital printing.
